The applicant must be present in person.
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
The applicant is required to go to any NRD counter, bringing along supporting documents (the original and a copy):
Identity Card
CASH/ ELECTRONIC PAYMENT
Citizen = RM 10.00
For late application (above 25 years), refer to Payment Schedule 2A

Note: According to Regulation 18 of the National Registration Regulations 1990 (Amendment 2001), every person who has attained the age of 18 is required to re-register his/her identity card before the age of 25.
